Job Description
- To working on Product related defects, query and enhancement in efficient manner
- Maintaining Helpdesk TAT and SLA defined for various type of customer and environments.
- Provide precise solution for client related queries as per their business case.
- Ensure compliance and process for their work.
- Must have good Debugging and analytical skill for end to end solution.
- Needs to have good listening skill.
- Needs to be polite and humble with internal and external client's communication.
