Company Profile:
BCPL is implementing the prestigious Assam Gas Cracker project,
the first ever Petrochemical project in entire North East India. The project
came as a part of the historic Assam Accord signed on 15th August, 1985 with
the motive of overall socio-economic development of the region. It was approved
by the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) on 18th April, 2006.
Subsequently a Joint Venture Company BCPL was incorporated on
08th January, 2007 as Central Public Sector Enterprise under the under the
Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Govt. of India. The project is
expected to generate scope for substantial investments in setting up of
downstream plastic processing industries, thereby will generate both direct as
well as indirect employment.

Engineering in Chemical/Petrochemical/Chemical Technology/Petrochemical
Technology with minimum 55 per cent marks
Foreman (Electrical): Candidates should have a diploma in
Engineering in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics with minimum 55 per
cent marks.
Foreman (Instrumentation): Candidates should have a
diploma in Engineering in Instrumentation/Instrumentation &
Control/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electrical
&Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical & Electronics with minimum 55
per cent marks
Foreman (Mechanical): Candidates should have a diploma in
Engineering in Mechanical/Production/Production &
Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical & Automobile with minimum 55 per cent
marks.
Jr. Personal Assistant: Candidates should at least be a
graduate with minimum 50 per cent marks with 01 (One) year/02 (Two) years
Diploma in Secretarial Practice.

Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.Com.) with minimum 50 per cent marks

equivalent with minimum 06 months Fireman's Training course

a Bachelor Degree in Science (B.Sc.) with subjects of Physics,
Chemistry & Mathematics with minimum 50 per centmarks or B.Sc. (Honours)
in Chemistry with minimum 50 per cent marks
Technician (Electrical) -Trainee: Candidates should have a
Matric plus ITI Tradesman ship/National Apprenticeship Certificate in
Electrical/Wireman trade
Technician (Instrumentation) -Trainee: Candidates should
have completed Matric plus ITI Tradesman ship/National Apprenticeship
Certificate in Instrumentation trade
Technician (Mechanical) -Trainee: Candidates should have
