* Expertise in JAVA coding
* Expertise in Programming and Analytics
* Expertise in java8 and java11 implementation
* Expertise in Spring framework 5+ spring boot 2+ Spring Data JPA
* Expertise in Spring REST and Microservice Architecture.
* Experience in spring reactive, spring web flux.
* Expertise in Elastic Search 6.7+, Redis
* Experience in MAVEN, Jenkins
* Experience in Mysql
* Understanding of Agile Scrum, Project Management methodologies
* Should be able to lead a team of technical resources as per sprint delivery targets
* Excellent communication skills, quick learner with a professional attitude and a team player
* Excellent customer-facing skills and experience in working with other offshore/onsite teams
* Good to have retailer domain knowledge
