Central Crime Branch police on Thursday arrested a 52-year-old man who duped several aspirants of Rs 44 lakh promising them placements in Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.
Police said Pandidurai of South Boag Road in T Nagar contacted Paramasivam, a grocery store owner. Claiming to have good contacts in BPCL, Pandidurai said he could easily get a job in the company. Believing this, Paramasivam introduced him to Arul Krishanan, a courier firm owner in Chindaripet. The two then collected Rs 44 lakh from more than 12 people and approached Pandidurai.
He asked them to deposit Rs 15 lakh in his account and took the rest in cash. He created fake appointment orders on the BPCL letter head and handed them over to the aspirants. The 12 promptly went to the company on the date specified in the letter and found they had been duped. They lodged a complaint with police commissioner S George who forwarded the case to the CCB.
Pandidurai has been remanded in judicial custody.

Magnaj Innovation is Fake system. There is no company like this. Never give the money on the specified account. I saw the offer mail...it's all about money. In Rs 10000, no one can give you 3 months luxury accommodation in a city like Bangalore. They are cheating the freshers and every year they come in picture in May/June time frame just after B.tech final semester is over.
DeleteThey don't have any office or building. A group of people has created a simple webpage as company Portal to make people fool. The list of client they show, doesn't exist even. Surprisingly they have BSNL as client. Though BSNL never deals with them.
Friends, please never entertain with such fraudulent offer. I work in a reputed MNC for 3.5 years and can assure you there is no company in India who can hire 1000+ people in a month with current market situation.
Stay Away of it.

I also came across such a FRAUD and lost my Money on Name of MITAKSHARA TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. in May-Jun 2013, Its Totally Fake company in Bhopal. The person With Name IRSHAD AHMED called me for the job held 2 interviews 1- Technical (online), 2 - Telephonic. They Asked me to pay Rs.10000 for job as GTE (Graduate Trainee Engineer), as I was looking for JOB, and facing financial problems I got ready to pay for job. I paid 5000-5000, 2 times and they told me that you will get job. I also gone to their office in Kolar Area Bhopal, 10 days then they refused to give me job and asked for further 20000Rs. The person aske me was MR. GYANENDRA SINGH, and one more person I do not know Name. There was 1 more madam there name Anamika Shukla....these gang looted me , but like Common People After getting lootd my parent told me leave it ,,,,do no go to police otherwise policeman will harrass us, I left everything and tried to forget this. So Be Aware. CONTACT NO. IRSHAD AHMED - 08519097876, 9307982978, 8354087017, 8821016083 , and Gyanendra Singh- 9907165131. Gyanendra also tried to make me frighten in the office, and I was helpless there so I did not told anybody that time.

If bank guarantee is taken, goes to encash the same without giving any material( does not have any material,only office to cheat people at MYsr)or gives some filthy material and says issue over.cheated all over India .no of 138 NIa,FIRs complains all over india almost every state (see ads on your site).arrested by mysore police on 29/01/2016 and earlier by jalandar police.I have given complain at every possible office .commissioner,ACP<sales tax ,IT, R.O.companies,nothing happened as a last resort going to complain to chief justice of india,union H.M. as he is troubling the judiciary all over India. it is upon you to act visely and can also help me in my endavour to stop this company and bring it to books.very recently cheated in W. B. and orissa.

ReplyDeleteGeniustel service pvt company is one of the fraudest company in Noida in Sec 62 at Delhi NCR.
ReplyDeleteThis company peoples (include HR and Other Staff) makes freshers comply with hope that they would provide good benefits to came out in later months to freshers and after that you getting good company proposals but after getting full amount of 15k they misbehaved, like you are not employed in this company and ignores you and do not call back to you for come to work of your training initial periods and that's the way they are not give you salary for counting on you work experience.
Also they are not providing any training to freshers because they have no trainers.
They setted this company in between other company called choice Chemtech as grouped with this Telecom company( GENIUSTEL SERVICE PVT CAMPANY) that have production works in large.
At last I am suffered by this company and check many blogs and reviews after that I confirmed that others are also suffered with same so I beg to say you don't go for this company as they take huge money and don't give you regarding any training assistance.
I suggest you to my heart please don't go with any decision you have fully aware what are you doing to take any step as I done...thanks you

Again another fake HR name Rajan Nanda (mob : 9910058734) asked me to pay 17500 as HR donation then only my face 2 face will be conducted. I paid that too on condition that tere will not be any further amount paid for it. Again Grorge stephen asked me to pay 14500 rs as salary confirmations from Bandhan Bank head quarter kolkata. I denied to pay now they are not refunding my money neither they are responding to my mails. They are very clever they even created fake interview letter of bandhan bank with HR name MR. Rajeev Kumar or Lalit Sharma( mob : 9599544662).. Every time when u call and ask is this MR Rajeev or lalit they say no and ask who is it and cut the call.
