Job Description: TCS INDIA offers an excellent opportunity for skilled Android Developers. We are seeking talented professionals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and working with various resolutions of Android devices.
- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages.
- Experience in web service integration using SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML.
- Familiarity with source control systems such as Git or Subversion.
- Sound understanding of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with offline storage (SQLite) and multi-threading.
- Knowledge of push notifications and cloud message APIs.
- Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.
- Ability to connect Android applications to back-end services.
- Familiarity with the open-source ecosystem and available libraries for common tasks.
- Writing unit test cases to ensure code quality.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Spring MVC framework and Mobile Application Development Frameworks like Ionic, React Native, Mobile Angular UI, JQuery Mobile, Flutter, and Native Scripts.
- Familiarity with native development tools and cross-platform development tools.
- Understanding and hands-on expertise in continuous integration.
