You will be responsible for :
Developing a thorough understanding of the products and services offered.
Analysing the current UX/UI of the mobile and desktop app, and enterprise portal to derive key recommendations on how to improve it.
Closely working with developers to understand business and technical requirements.
Collecting and analysing market research, customer feedback, and usability study findings to constantly improve designs.
Quickly and thoroughly translating concepts into diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups and prototypes to communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviours with senior team.
Continuously refreshing designs based on latest trends safeguarding branding guidelines and identity.
