Your key responsibilities include:
-2-3 years of experience in designing User Interfaces and experiences.
-A creative eye and passion for visual design and graphic design.
-Illustrating design ideas with scribbles, sketches or storyboards.
-Being up to date with the latest UI and graphic design trends, Design Techniques.
-Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
-Designing UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
-An outstanding design experience and portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design compelling, simple, beautiful, and responsive User Experiences.
-Ability to prioritize work and use critical thinking skills to come up with creative solutions
-Extensive experience working hand-in-hand with developers to translate and develop designs into working interfaces
-Comfortable sketching and articulating a design concept, and rigorously refining it to pixel-perfect detail
-Demonstrated mastery of design and prototyping tools (i.e. Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Principle etc.)
-Good communication skills
The Profile
You have at least 2 year experience in a Design or similar role.
You are proficient in Design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
You have knowledge of Mock-up tools such as Adobe XD and are able to learn similar tools quickly
You have basic understanding of HTMl and CSS design structure
Having knowledge of video editing and quick animation tools will be an added advantage
You are familiar with Web and Print design techniques (e.g. prototyping, artwork making etc.).
You have a solid understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts, Design grid)
You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.
You have strong writing skills and a keen eye to ensure that the content is free from errors and complies with editorial style and guidelines.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
