Candidate Profile & Job Description:

1.   Minimum 10+2 passed candidates can apply.
2.   Medium of education should have been English
3.   Diploma (3yrs) from a recognized Govt. institute.
4.   Proficient with English language – written and spoken both
5.   Ability to converse in English fluently
6.   Should have minimal regional influence on their spoken English accent. Ideal candidate should have neutral accent.
7.   Ability to comprehend US/UK accent
8.   Should be ready to work in shifts
9.   Preference would be given to
1.With International Call Center experience
2.Experienced in troubleshooting computer software (OS) and hardware
3.With any recognized technical certifications (e.g. MCSE, CCNA, etc.)
