BE/ BTech/ MCA & MBA with a sound industry experience of 6- 8 yrsJava 5, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, ANTStrong in Pl/ SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, any Enterprise Messaging SystemShould have strong knowledge and experience on Tomcat and or Websphere / WeblogicReal time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, Preferably from Insurance, Banking (Compliance specifically), Financial domain backgroundExperience in Insurance domain, preferably in Property & Casualty.Prior Client facing experience, Excellent business communication skillsShould have understanding and experience of software development best practices.,
