Job Description : # Proactively engage with customers and resellers via Live Chat, e-Mail and Phone and understand their issues and then to solve their issues. # Debug and correct technical issues on Webservers, Mail servers, Databases, Control panels # Install OS, Control panel software on Virtual Private Servers of Customers # Take periodic backups of Servers, VPS, etc., to remote backup # Have to do Website Migration, Database Migration, Server Migration (we will provide training) |
