Job Description :
# Responsibility will be to clean malicious software found on customer’s web applications.
# Investigate how it works, what it does, and assist customers in the timely removal/cleaning of any threats found and report.
# Performing outreach and direct support to infected customers.
# Work closely with the Support team and other R&D departments to ensure an efficient and effective support process.
# Collect samples to be submitted to Antivirus Lab for analysis.
Desired Skills :
# Good knowledge of *nix Operating Systems, including but not limited to: RedHat, Centos, CloudLinux.
# Good Knowledge on Trojans, viruses, and worms.
# Manual malware remediation.
# Knowledge on Tools commonly used for malicious software research
# Knowledge of methods of infection, and the ability to apply this knowledge as it pertains to halting an infection.
# Strong analytical and problem solving skills
# Willing to work in Rotational Shift
