Qualification: Any Graduation (2021/ 2022Pass outs)
Responsibilities:
Connect with US vendors periodically and operate on improving relationships and sales.
Ensure that vendor connects tracked using tickets are completed on time.
Maintaining the notes of conversations and ensuring the database is updated including tickets and trackers.
Coordinating with internal teams (Catalog Team, Customer Service Team, and Operations Team) to ensure data is updated and information is passed on about vendors.
Performance reporting of assigned vendors on sales revenue.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management skills
Strong computer skills, to work with customer databases, and spreadsheets.
Strong attention to detail, to ensure accuracy and completeness in all Account Management-related tasks.
You should be available to attend the initial 4-weeks of the training program (General Shift) from the Office premises (Guindy, Chennai)
Should be willing to work in night shifts (US Shifts).
