What we expect from prospective applicants?

Education/Qualification: Any Degree.

Any certification is mandatory.[CCS/CCS-P/CCA – AHIMA, CPC/CPC-H – AAPC]

Overall Experience: 1 – 5yrs

Relevant Experience: 1- 5yrs

Mandatory Skill Set: Experience in Medical Coding â€"US Healthcare, Strong expertise on Medical Coding specialties like Surgery, E/M , Radiology, Inpatient coding, Outpatient coding.

Role & Responsibilities:

1.                  Should have worked on a heterogeneous environment.

2.                  Excellent communication skills.

3.                  Excellent Analytical and keyboarding skills.

4.                  Experience between 1 - 3 years of experience is a must.

5.                  Client interfacing skills would be added advantage

6.                  Certification in medical coding would be an added advantage.

Salary Details: 10-20% Hike on there Current CTC if they can provide proper documents of the existing company.
