Role: Associate – Business Development

Qualification: Any Graduation (2021/ 2022Pass outs)

Responsibilities:

• Connect with US vendors periodically and operate on improving relationships and sales.

• Ensure that vendor connects tracked using tickets are completed on time.

• Maintaining the notes of conversations and ensuring the database is updated including tickets and trackers.

• Coordinating with internal teams (Catalog Team, Customer Service Team, and Operations Team) to ensure data is updated and information is passed on about vendors.

• Performance reporting of assigned vendors on sales revenue.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong time management skills

• Strong computer skills, to work with customer databases, and spreadsheets.

• Strong attention to detail, to ensure accuracy and completeness in all Account Management-related tasks.

• You should be available to attend the initial 4-weeks of the training program (General Shift) from the Office premises (Guindy, Chennai)

• Should be willing to work in night shifts (US Shifts).
