Over the period of more than a decade & half the company has expertise in Electrical & Automation system in verticals like Process Industry, Pharma, Printing & Packaging, Water & Waste water Treatment.

Job Description
1. You must have hands on experience and proven track record in direct selling of Safety and Automation solutions to user industry / EPC companies.
2. Handling experience of one or more key accounts amongst corporate customers like Reliance, L & T, IOCL, ONGC, CAIRN, BPCL etc is a must.
3. Hands on experience in selling Fire & Gas Detection Systems, Safety Systems, Process Instruments, Control Systems etc to Oil & Gas industry, Power, Steel, Fertilizer, EPC companies and Consultants.
4. Hands on experience in project selling of above products/systems to Oil and Gas, Power, Steel, Gas companies, Fertilizers companies etc desired.
5. You must have expertise in identifying business opportunities and customers resulting in Orders with good profit margins.
6. Ability to participate effectively in technical and commercial meetings with the client and consultant and lead the process to the logical end of bagging the order from the client.
7. Should find out potential business areas, customers through various contacts/agents/media, assess the long-term and short-term growth of the market.
8. Develop contacts with prospective clients, consultants, major manufacturers of equipment, vendors etc.
9. Shall benchmark information with respect to competitors, market/industry trends for similar projects and develops strategy to win contracts.
10.Works on the details of projects including technical, commercial, possible risks and mitigation of risks.
11.Should have ability to collect information on site conditions, about available contractors, applicable taxes through own customer database, various contacts/hired consultants.
12.Should have ability to take such deviations in which company’s interests can be better protected in the pre-bid stage.
13.Must prepare cost estimates and submits the bids himself after Management approval.
14.Should attend pre-award/post-bid meetings for technical/commercial negotiations.
15.Winning the orders from clients and handing over the orders with all documentation to the nominated PM for project execution.
16.Must achieve monthly sales target set by the company.
17.Readiness to travel all over India and abroad for sales.
Qualification:
1st class Diploma /Degree engineers in Instrumentation/Electronics with relevant experience in sales.
Candidates having B.Sc. in Instrumentation, Electronics or Physics with relevant sales experience can also apply.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Domain Knowledge of Safety systems and Instrumentation and control systems for Oil & Gas BD, tendering including risk identification, evaluation & assessment and control.
Knowledge of market in respect of costs of various items, suppliers, contractors, potential customer and competition.
National and International exposure.
Excellent Command on written & spoken English, Computer skills & Proactive.
Readiness to travel all over India is essential.
Should able to understand customer’s application & offer best solutions to it.
