A minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience with a strong background in Core Java and good design thinking. Hands on experience in Core Java, J2EE and design patterns.
Hands on experience in database design, SQL and any ORM tool like Hibernate/JDO etc. Experience in any front end framework is desirable. Should have understanding of all the different layers of the web application.
