Job Description :

• Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy
  
• Work with senior leaders and managers of departments to develop strategies and demonstrable links between engagement and their strategic goals
  
• Employee Staff Retention and Counseling
  
• Employee Engagement / Motivation and Organizational Development
  
• Should be an escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues
  
• Organizing all major celebrations and festivities, health camps.
  
• Maintaining Employees Database.
  

Desired Candidate Profile :

• People Management skills & Counseling skills
  
• Analytical and Problem solving skills
  
• Effective communication, Sympathetic and Sociable.
  
• Peripheral knowledge of the basic Labour Laws and other laws related to employee welfare.
