* Qualification: Any Degree, Diploma or 12th
* Fresher or Experienced in sales
Monthly Salary Details:
*Starting Salary: Rs.8000 to Rs.9500 (Based on experience & interview performance)
*Incentives up to Rs.40,000
Roles & Responsibility
* Handling Individual, Small & Medium Enterprises & Corporate Clients.
* To handle sales & service for the prescribed customers.
* Achieving the targets on monthly basis.
* To handle Service Related queries.
* Willing to work hard in the field.
2). Sales Executive (Reliance Wireline)
* Should have minimum Experience of 3 Years in Field Sales.
* Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma.
Monthly Salary Details:
*Salary Range:Rs.12,500 to Rs.18,000/month.(Based on Experience)
*Incentives up to Rs.20,000/month.(Incentives based on work performance)
Roles & Responsibility
* Handling Small & Medium Enterprises & Corporate Clients.
* To handle sales & service for the prescribed customers.
* Achieving the targets on monthly basis.
* To handle Service Related queries.
* Willing to work hard in the field.
3). Designation: Customer Care Associate (Reliance Retail Store)
* Fresher or Experienced
* Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma or +2
Monthly Salary Details:
*Fixed CTC : Rs. 7000 - 8500 /month
*Performance Pay: Rs. 1750 - 2000 /month
*Incentives: Upto Rs. 4000 /month
Job Responsibilities:
* Handling customer queries and providing solutions.
* Interacting with customers.
* Promoting the sales & Achieving target.
* Maintaining and adding on to customer database.
4). Designation: Team Leader - Mobile Business (Customer Service in Reliance Retail Store).
* Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma.
* Should have minimum experience of 2 years in Retail Customer Service.
Monthly Salary Details:
*Fixed CTC : Rs.8,500 - Rs.11,000
*Performance Pay: Rs.3,000 - Rs. 3,500
*Incentives Upto Rs. 4,000 /month
Job Responsibilities:
* Handling a team of 5 Customer Care Associates
* Handling customer queries and providing solutions.
* Interacting with customers.
* Promoting the sales & Achieving target.
* Maintaining and adding on to customer database.
