Front-line interaction with users to assist with low level trouble-shooting requirements. 5.Create table, views, indexes, aliases and synonyms, navigate TSO environment, knowledge on DB2 commands, solving contention/deadlock issues, performance load/load utilities with all options, understand basic errors in database master log, bind/rebind plans and packages, development and execution of DB2utility jobs, Incident, problem and change management.
