Taking References and building a long-term relationship
with Candidates.

Sending Letter of Job Opportunity, Interview Call
Letter.
·
Formatting Resumes and crosschecking the Quality
before forwarding to Clients side .
·
Coordination with Candidates & Clients, Scheduling
Interview, Taking Feedback.
·
Salary Negotiation and Reference Check and Providing
final offer.
·
Resume Mining and Database Management.
·
Maintaining MIS to trace the bottleneck situation
